She is a two-time UK Barista Championship finalist, an SCA-authorised trainer, and has served as a UKBC sensory judge and committee member.
The business is now based in Norbury, Shropshire. The commercial model is built around wholesale supply to coffee shops, hotels, bars, restaurants, and mobile units, with bespoke blends developed for each client and branded under the client's own name and logo.
Danielle also handles machine set-up and ongoing barista training as part of the package. Equipment sales and rental are available alongside the coffee supply.
