Golden Sheep Coffee is a specialty coffee roastery based in Stroud, Gloucestershire, operating from The Old Calf Shed and Dairy on Wick Street. The company’s name pays homage to the Cotswolds’ historical wool trade, which brought wealth to the Five Valleys region.
Recently recognised as the Best Coffee Roaster in the Cotswolds 2023, the roastery has established itself as a significant player in the local specialty coffee scene. They maintain a strong commitment to sustainability, evidenced by their Plastics-free Champion Award and their participation in The Stumping Project, a three-year initiative with Falcon Coffees and TechnoServe supporting Ethiopian coffee farmers.
The roastery operates a direct-to-consumer model with free local delivery around Stroud and nationwide shipping for orders over £25. Their product range includes eight varieties of freshly roasted coffee, including their seasonal “Christmas on Wick Street” blend and various single-origin offerings.
