918 Coffee Co is the roastery brand at the heart of Just In Coffee Group, based at Semley Business Park near Shaftesbury in Dorset. Founded in 2009 by Justin Cornelius, the company roasts ethically sourced coffee for cafes, hospitality and direct customers across the UK.

Its signature Eco Roast technology, invented in-house, converts spent coffee grounds into clean biofuel that powers the roasters, cutting landfill waste and emissions. In 2025 the business achieved B Corp certification with 130.3 points, which it claims is the highest score recorded for a coffee roastery worldwide.

Sourcing runs through long-term partnerships with farms and cooperatives, alongside a climate contribution programme via Ecologi. The wider group also offers contract roasting, white label, barista training, machine sales and leasing, an online green coffee auction room, and a wellness range called Headspace.

It sits closer to a full-service coffee partner than a traditional craft micro-roaster.
