Sourcing is producer-led, with named partners including Luz Angela Rojas, Edinson Argote, Brayan Smith at Las Brisas, Jairo Arcila, Finca Buenavista, Las Gaviotas and Rwamatamu washing station, with green coffee imported via Mica Trading Co.
The pledge they put in writing: 'If you've bought our coffee and you don't go to sleep thinking of your first cup, we haven't done our job properly.' Roasts ship Wednesdays and Fridays under a 'roast and post' rhythm, with wholesale managed via their Orderspace platform.
