Bay Coffee Roasters is a Welsh speciality roastery based at Parc Tanygroes in Cardigan, near Tresaith beach on the west coast of Wales. The team sources single-origin Arabica beans and roasts to a medium-to-light profile intended for everyday drinking, working with origins including Indonesian Sumatra, Kenya, Mexico, Colombia and India.

The roastery has been running for over a decade and supports farm-level initiatives through Coffee Kids, Food 4 Farmers and the International Women's Coffee Alliance. Their Indonesian Sumatran is certified Fairtrade and Organic, and has earned a 3-star Great Taste award.

Wider recognition includes five consecutive years of Great Taste wins, a 2022 Golden Fork nomination, a 2023 Roast Masters Amsterdam quarter-final, a Welsh Food and Drinks Sustainable Values finalist place, and the 2021 Welsh Enterprise Most Sustainable Coffee Roasters award. The business also operates a cafe presence in Carmarthen and supplies cafes and offices through its wholesale arm.
