Chipp Coffee Co. is a Leeds-based speciality roaster founded in 2016 by Zach Chipp, who spent three years running coffee roasting consultancy work with brands internationally before committing fully to his own label. The business operates from Leeds with a small team that includes a dedicated head of quality and roasting, and sources through direct trade partners across Colombia, Mexico, Indonesia, Brazil, Uganda and Honduras.
Sustainability is treated as a long-term structural goal rather than a marketing claim, with the roastery working toward carbon neutrality and building multi-year relationships with supply partners rather than sourcing opportunistically. The monthly subscription rotates through the head roaster's current selections, including single origins and limited micro-lots alongside the core range.
