Bean Brothers

Bean Brothers Coffee Company is a small batch specialty roaster set up in 2012 by two brothers from Huddersfield. The roastery sits on the edge of town in West Yorkshire, where a small team roasts, blends and packs by hand each day.

The business grew out of Coffeevolution, the brothers' speciality coffee shop on Church Street, which opened in 2000 and still trades as a family business. Single origins lead the range, sitting alongside house espresso blends supplied to coffee shops nationwide, plus a decaf option and several Great Taste Award winners.

The company is a member of the Speciality Coffee Association and sells direct, on subscription and through a wholesale trade programme. One to one and small group barista training is offered on site, with consulting, sourcing and equipment support provided to operators in the early stages of building their own coffee business.
