Crema the Crop

Crema the Crop is an independent roastery and coffee shop based in Axminster, Devon, founded by Gary, who introduced espresso-based coffee to Lyme Regis twenty years ago. The roastery now supplies cafes locally and across the UK, as well as selling direct online and in-house in Axminster.

In 2024 the business expanded by taking over The Crêperie in Lyme Regis, adding a second site where Crema the Crop coffee is served alongside sweet crêpes and savoury galettes. The Axminster location doubles as a coffee shop.

The roastery also sells commercial grinders and offers machine rental, leasing, and purchase, plus small-group barista courses of up to three people.
