Kis Coffee Roasters is a Dundee based roastery run by two friends, Mark Edwards and Graham Cameron, who first met in the city's speciality coffee scene. Graham also co owns Hofn, a Dundee speciality coffee shop, and Mark spent five years roasting for Unorthodox Roasters before starting Kis.
Their aim is to roast top quality coffee that is not just for the coffee nerd but for your gran too, because specialty coffee should be shared and accessible to everyone. Coffees are sold under playful names such as The Pink Lady, Soda Pop and Juice Box, alongside a Colombian D Caf decaf from Popayan, a washed decaf with hazelnut, nutmeg and raisin flavours.
The roastery also runs a monthly coffee subscription and takes wholesale enquiries from cafes wanting to stock the coffee.
