Method Roastery works from under the railway arches near Worcester Foregate Street station, where the roastery, café and retail store share the same space. The café opens Thursday to Sunday from 10am to 4pm, making the production site a genuine destination for Worcester locals as well as a working roastery.

The team describes itself as baristas, coffee roasters and café owners, and frames its sourcing as buying direct from individual producers, farmers, estates and co-operatives in pursuit of an honest, traceable product. Origins on the current line-up include Colombia, Mexico, Guatemala and Ethiopia, with a Mexico El Capitan decaf and a rotating seasonal decaf subscription.

Alongside its own coffee programme, Method works with wholesale clients and partners with established equipment brands including La Marzocco, Mahlkonig, Anfim, Marco, Fetco, BWT, San Remo and La Spaziale.
