Mug Run roasts in Rhyl on the north Wales coast, working out of Unit E3 at Morfa Clwyd on Marsh Road. The site runs bilingually in Welsh and English, with the two languages treated as equal across the menu and product copy.

The range leans on traceable single origins from Nicaragua, Indonesia, Ethiopia, Brazil and Uganda, including a women's group lot from Indonesia and coffees connected to Aldea Coffee. A house Shed Blend sits alongside the single origins, with a sparkling water decaf option in the line up.

Subscriptions run in 3, 6 and 12 month terms across 250g and 1kg formats, with a separate wholesale channel. The team has supported UK Coffee Week and Project Waterfall since 2014, and there is a shop customers can visit in person.
