Ozone Coffee UK roasts daily at its Stafford site on the Ladfordfields Industrial Estate, supplying a small group of London cafes alongside its online and wholesale customers. The brand is B Corp certified and sources directly from long-term producer partners across Latin America, Africa and Asia, with named relationships including Kiriga Estate in Kenya, Mahembe Coffee in Rwanda and the Mierisch family in Nicaragua.
The In My Mug subscription rotates single origins each week, and the range covers single origins, blends and decaf. Coffee bags are made from 70% post-consumer recycled content, and the company publishes annual Sourcing and Impact Reports.
Customers can visit four London cafes in Shoreditch, London Fields, Ludgate Hill and Creechurch Lane, and Ozone runs SCA-accredited training courses. The Stafford site is a working roastery rather than a public cafe, so the visitor experience sits with the London locations.
A Spotlight on Female Producers collection is part of the regular sourcing rotation.
