Teifi Coffee

Teifi Coffee roasts in Ceredigion, Wales, from a unit at Parc Tanygroes, and has been roasting since 2023. The roastery focuses on darker roast profiles and uses electric roasting equipment rather than gas, which the team argues gives more precise heat control and lower emissions.

They built their first roaster themselves before developing a relationship with equipment manufacturer Rubasse, and now serve as a UK distributor for Rubasse electric roasting machines alongside their own roasting business. The roastery supports woodland restoration and small environmental charities, and offers online sales, subscriptions, and wholesale supply to trade customers across the UK.
