The Gentlemen Baristas

The Gentlemen Baristas launched in London in 2014, drawing on the history of the London coffee house as a meeting place for debate and conversation. The roastery is based in Shadwell, and the business runs cafés alongside it, positioning itself around a sense of civility and considered service that it describes as 'well mannered coffee.' Beyond retail, they work closely with wholesale café clients on setup, equipment sourcing, grinder calibration, staff training, and ongoing consistency checks.

Barista training is also offered directly to home brewers and professionals from the Shadwell roastery, covering the full journey from green bean to cup.
