The shop is built around numbered house blends rather than named single origins, with beans drawn from Indian, Indonesian, Ethiopian, Central American and Brazilian growing regions.
Roasting runs Monday to Friday, with hand-picked and washed beans handled in-house from green through to packaging. The business sells direct to consumers in the UK and internationally, runs a subscription programme for regular orders, and serves wholesale clients across offices, hotels, cafes and restaurants.
Corporate gifting is offered alongside the standard range. Free standard delivery applies to UK orders over thirty pounds.
There is no public-facing cafe.
