In a notable recent development, they launched a second roasting facility specifically dedicated to specialty single-origin coffees and seasonal micro-batches, housed at The Exchange 1856 and open to visitors. The two-site model allows them to maintain scale for wholesale supply while pursuing higher-end single-origin work separately.
They also run Elevate, a branded training platform aimed at baristas and home brewers.
