Blindman Coffee

Blindman Coffee is the online roastery of Mike, a Brighton-based coffee operator who started the brand after being told he was losing his sight. Years living in Brazil and running a Brighton coffee shop and deli gave him the producer relationships and palate that the business is built on, with early roasting done in partnership with a local artisan roaster called Richard.

The range covers six house blends (two of them decaf) plus single origins, with each bag carrying a 'Roasted On' date. Decaf is processed using the chemical-free Swiss Water method.

Alongside the consumer site, Blindman supplies cafes, hotels and pubs with freshly roasted coffee to order, free next-day delivery on qualifying volumes, and the option of custom branding. The business is small and owner-led, rated Excellent on Trustpilot, and aimed at home and trade customers who want traceable, small-batch coffee from a founder with deep history in the trade.
