Carringtons Coffee Co roasts at Unit 14C Keer Park in Carnforth, near Morecambe Bay, and trades under the philosophy it calls Fuelling the Bold. The line they hold to is simple: Fuelling the Bold is the philosophy, Carringtons is the fuel.

The roastery prioritises single-estate coffees where possible, full traceability as standard, and long-term relationships with producers and traders rather than seasonal switching. Origins on the current line-up include Brazil, Colombia, Ethiopia, Guatemala, Peru and Uganda, available across light, medium and dark roasts in 250g and 1kg formats.

Subscriptions run through the Carringtons Discovery Coffee Club, and a separate wholesale arm sits at carringtonswholesale.com. Decaf is offered via the Swiss Water process.

The roastery sits alongside Bold, a community coffee space in a village near Morecambe, with the wider operation framed around continuity and considered relationships rather than novelty.
