Cotswold Coffee Roasters operates from the Foxfield Roastery in Wiltshire. It is a family business that started from a gift of a trip to a working coffee roastery at Christmas 2013, after which the founder began roasting on a small 200g sample roaster at home before growing into today's operation.
The business now uses Roastmax roasters shipped from Australia, chosen for the control they give over the roast. Lessons from small scale roasting are shared with visitors at Roast School sessions.
The range includes named blends such as the Oolite Blend and Quack Quacks Blend, alongside single origins from Kenya, Guatemala, Rwanda and Sumatra, plus a seasonal decaf, currently a Swiss Water processed Brazil from the Carmo Estate, a family owned farm supplying coffee for over 155 years. A subscription service and coffee gifts are also available, with free delivery and green beans sold for home roasting.
