Crema the Crop is an independent roastery and coffee shop based on the Axminster Carpets Estate, Woodmead Road, Axminster, Devon EX13 5PG. It was founded by Gary, who introduced espresso-based coffee to Lyme Regis around twenty years ago.

The roastery now supplies cafes locally and across the UK with freshly roasted Arabica beans, alongside selling direct online and in-house in Axminster. In 2024 the business expanded by taking over The Creperie at 67 Broad Street, Lyme Regis, Dorset DT7 3QF, adding a second site where Crema the Crop coffee is served alongside sweet crepes and savoury galettes.

Single origins on offer include Peru and Indian Monsoon Malabar, with house blends Golden Hour and Gondwana. The roastery also sells commercial grinders and offers machine rental, leasing, and purchase, plus small-group barista courses for up to three people.
