Cuffed-in Coffee began in August 2019 when founder Kristian Cuffin, known as Cuff, opened a horsebox coffee stand in Holyhead. The business moved into a first bricks and mortar cafe in 2020, then a converted shipping container in 2021, before opening its own roastery in October 2022.

The roastery now produces the house blend and decaf served across its cafes and sold by the bag, and supplies a number of other small businesses across North Wales. The company runs four coffee outlets on Anglesey, in Holyhead and Gaerwen.

Wholesale coffee is offered at £18 per kilo with no minimum order and no contracts, in 1kg wholesale bags or 227g retail bags that other venues can resell, alongside free samples, tastings, barista support and equipment advice. The coffee is roasted on Anglesey and inspired by the North Wales coast.
