Dragon Roastery

Dragon Roastery is a small independent coffee roastery based in Newborough on Anglesey, North Wales. The business draws on more than twenty years of coffee experience and roasts beans in-house for its own shop, wholesale customers and a mobile Coffee & Cocktail Bar built into a converted horsebox.

The horsebox bar serves the roastery's own coffee alongside handmade cakes, prosecco, gin, cocktails, local beers and ciders at weddings, festivals, parties and corporate events across North Wales. The range covers a House Blend and Espresso Blend alongside single origins from Guatemala, Honduras, Costa Rica, Sumatra, Java and India, plus a Swiss Water decaf.

Dragon Roastery also offers wholesale coffee supply and espresso machine servicing, and where possible uses biodegradable cups and plastics and sources support products from local suppliers in North Wales and Anglesey.
