Lincoln Tea & Coffee

The Lincoln Tea and Coffee Company operates from Exchange Close in Lincoln as a wholesale supplier to the hospitality trade with a parallel retail offer. Founded in 2013 by Susie, the business positions itself around customer service and flexibility for commercial accounts rather than a specialty roastery model, summed up in their line: we don't tell you what we have, we ask what you need.

Alongside roasted coffee they supply fine leaf tea, machines, training and accessories. Awards include Great Taste Awards wins in 2021 and 2022, Highly Commended at the Great British Food Awards 2022, Select Lincolnshire Business of the Year 2019 and a Technology Innovation Awards finalist place in 2020 for sustainability.

They are members of the Guild of Fine Food and part of the Made in Lincolnshire scheme. Their signature Lincolnshire Tea range is sourced entirely from Rainforest Alliance Certified farms, and they hold a long-standing co-branded coffee partnership with the RAF, Red Arrows, BBMF and the Typhoon Display Team.
