North Shore Coffee Roasters

North Shore Coffee Roasters began as a mobile setup serving speciality coffee at markets and events across the North East. Beans are sourced directly from trusted farmers and freshly roasted weekly in small batches at the roastery on Noble Street in Newcastle.

The range includes single origin coffees such as a Colombian Jairo Arcila watermelon lot, an El Salvador Los Angeles, an organic washed Ethiopia Doyo, and a Uganda Muki fruity, alongside a Uganda Lala Salama decaf processed using the CO2 method. Coffee is sold through several North East locations, including a roastery collection point, cafes and market stalls, as well as online with a subscription option.

The business also runs a wholesale programme and coffee classes covering barista basics, home brewing and latte art.
