The roastery roasts light, using a Giesen W15 with a maximum batch size of 15kg, and positions itself against the over-roasted, poorly-sourced coffee that dominated Italian-branded coffee in the UK market.
Alongside roasting and wholesale supply, Terrone operates an events and hospitality service and runs barista training courses. The business has been featured in London's Best Coffee.
