All About The Grind

All About The Grind is a small batch specialty coffee roastery and shop based in Waterlooville, Hampshire. Directors Harry, Toby and Paul run the business together, with Harry as head roaster and head barista, Toby splitting his time between the roastery, HGV driving for Royal Mail, and CrossFit Iron Duke, the gym he owns with his wife Kerry where the coffee shop is housed, and Paul handling barista duties alongside a hospitality background.

The team focus on freshly roasted beans they describe as ethically sourced from around the world, sold online with a flagship Benchmark Blend that pairs equal parts Brazil and Honduras into a medium roast with sweet, nutty notes and a rounded body. A Single Origins collection sits alongside the blends range when stock allows.
