Amber Coffee Roasters

Amber Coffee Roasters is an artisan micro roastery based in Liverpool, roasting in small batches twice a week to ensure freshness. Beans are sourced ethically and traceable to farm level, with the team committed to working only with suppliers who pay a fair price down the supply chain.

Every bag carries a roasted-on date and the name of the person who roasted it. The current range runs from house blends to single origins, with origins including Brazil, Colombia, Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda alongside a decaf and an organic Colombian.

The team roast on a Giesen machine. They sell direct online, supply wholesale to coffee shops, restaurants and bars, and offer equipment guidance and flexible payment packages for new businesses kitting out from scratch.

The wholesale programme treats customers as partners rather than accounts. No cafe of their own.
