Cafe Santiago Roastery

Cafe Santiago Roastery is an independent coffee roastery in Hertfordshire, founded by Jason Martinez. The business started in 2010 as a mobile coffee operation, Cafe Santiago, branding a Piaggio coffee van and taking baristas to brand activations, weddings and film and TV productions.

As the company grew, it moved into roasting its own coffee and now runs a roastery based in the town of Hertford. Beans are sourced from fair trade coffee farms, starting with the original Ethiopian Djimma bean that is roasted in house, and the range also includes a house blend and beans from Mexico and El Salvador.

Cafe Santiago also runs a barista course and offers van hire and leasing for events, working closely with customers to create blends personal to their business.
