Calm Coffee Roastery

Calm Coffee Roastery is based in Peckham Levels in London and specialises in lower caffeine and decaf specialty coffee. It was founded by Will, who used to visit Borough Market for coffee while working as a civil engineer, then took a job at Monmouth Coffee Company's Bermondsey roastery, working as a packer, delivery driver and eventual roaster.

The idea for Calm Coffee Roastery came in 2023 after he and his wife started paying closer attention to their caffeine intake around the birth of their daughter. The range is split into full caf, half caf, low caf and decaf, with decaf coffees made using both Swiss Water and sugarcane processes and independently lab tested low caf coffees.

Recent origins include Colombia and Peru. Calm offers coffee subscriptions, a wholesale programme, and free bike delivery across parts of South East London.
