Cast Iron Coffee Roasters

Cast Iron Coffee Roasters is a family-run speciality roastery and coffee shop based at Units 11 and 12 The Mill, Stane Street, Chichester, in West Sussex. The team source traceable single origins from farms across Colombia, Brazil, Ethiopia and Kenya, with a long-standing direct relationship with Cafe Lumbus in Antioquia, Colombia, which supplies both a washed single origin and a Swiss Water decaf.

Current rotating origins include Gicherori AA from Kenya, Catanduva and Guima from Brazil, Yukro from Ethiopia and La Secreta from Colombia, alongside espresso blends. The roasting approach is built around showcasing each bean as truly as possible to its origin rather than forcing it into a house style.

Coffee is roasted to order, stamped with a roast date and shipped within three working days. Cast Iron also runs a barista course and is an authorised La Marzocco agent, supplying machines, beans and training to wholesale customers.

The Chichester workshop is open to visitors.
