Chipp Coffee Co. is a Leeds speciality roaster founded in 2016 by Zach Chipp, who returned to his hometown after three years of consultancy work with international coffee brands to launch his own label. The roastery operates from an industrial unit at 37 Crossland Court in Holbeck, Leeds, with Zach personally leading sourcing, cupping and roast quality.
Coffees are drawn from Colombia, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Indonesia, Uganda and Mozambique, with direct producer relationships including LaREB in Colombia, run by Ana Mustafa, and Fazenda Cetec in Brazil with Marcio and Heitor. The company commits to carbon neutrality through annual offsetting and supports reforestation, with packaging stated as 100% fully recyclable.
Light, medium and dark roasts feature across the core range and Roasters Choice subscription, with a Colombian EA Sugarcane decaf available alongside.
