Code.194 Coffee Roasters was set up by Antonio, Craig and Juan, coffee experts and professionals who opened their own roastery and training centre. They work with green coffee importers who source specialty grade coffee from farms and cooperatives that prioritise fair labour practices and sustainable farming.
The range includes single origin coffees from Colombia, Guatemala and Brazil alongside a house espresso blend, with a Colombian El Buho decaf processed using the sugarcane based ethyl acetate method. Alongside retail bags, they offer a wholesale service with bespoke blend creation, machine support and an SCA accredited training programme, plus slot roasting for other businesses.
