Foxholes Coffee

Foxholes Coffee is a small single origin roaster based in Essex, run by James. The roasting journey began as a hobby during the 2020 lockdown, starting with a cheap coffee roasting pan and a lot of experimenting before James found roasts that worked, sharing them with friends and family first.

He then bought an Aillio Bullet commercial roaster to allow for scaleable and consistent roasts, built the online shop and packaging, and worked through food health and safety requirements before launching in November 2022. The current range lists Nicaraguan and Colombian single origin coffees roasted to a medium level, along with a Coffee of the Month subscription.

Coffee is roasted in Essex and shipped out to customers, with free shipping offered on orders over £25 or with a subscription.
