Coffee Mongers

Coffee Mongers Roasting Company is an independent speciality roaster founded in 2015 by Brooke, Tarek and Gareth, based at a roastery and retail unit in Lymington, Hampshire. Brooke and Tarek brought nearly three decades of industry experience to the venture.

The roastery runs a 20kg Buhler machine named Ferris, alongside a Probat sample roaster used for cupping and grading. Coffees are sourced from top global growing regions with a focus on Arabica, and all production applies a medium roast profile aimed at balanced flavour and aroma.

The range includes single origin lots and house blends, with subscriptions available direct to consumer and a wholesale stockist programme for trade customers. The roastery is open to visitors Monday to Saturday.

Coffee Mongers supports Surfers Against Sewage and is working towards single-use plastic-free operations.
