Creation Coffee is a small Cheshire roastery run by Jon Cook from a log cabin at the bottom of his garden in Weaverham, working a traditional drum roaster and turning out small-batch, microlot coffees. The current line-up features single origins from Colombia (Planadas, El Buho), Guatemala (Hamacas) and Brazil (Eagle Carmelo), alongside a Genesis espresso blend and a sugarcane-process decaf from El Buho in Colombia.

Sourcing is described as direct trade, with an emphasis on knowing the producer behind each lot and ensuring growers get a fair and sustainable price. Ten per cent of profits go to Compassion UK, a Christian children's charity active in many of the regions Creation buys from, and the project sits alongside Jon's Stronghold Cafe in Cheshire.

Retail is online with a Creation Coffee Club subscription as the main recurring channel.
