Its goal is to accelerate the adoption of high level speciality coffee in the mainstream, not just the niche, and its team has experience in coffee spanning Europe, Asia and Australia.
The range includes a run of experimental co ferment lots from Colombia and Yunnan in China, alongside two ongoing subscriptions, Core and Nova.
