Doe & Fawn Coffee Roasters

Doe & Fawn was founded by Aaron and Mike and roasts at The Grainstores on Crabtree Farm at Aspley Guise, just outside Milton Keynes. Aaron has spent around fifteen years in the coffee industry, holding most roles in it from pulling shots to wholesale, and Mike came from retail.

They source, develop and roast to order, working mainly with single origin coffees, and split the range by packaging so it is easy to navigate. Sage bags hold versatile approachable coffees suited to any brewing method, peach bags hold rarer and more adventurous lots with brighter fruit, and copper tins carry limited releases.

A coffee school runs courses for home brewers and for wholesale customers, with a published calendar and gift vouchers. The roastery opens to the public on Saturday mornings, serving its own coffee alongside pastries and cakes.
