Buckinghamshire's coffee roasting is concentrated around Milton Keynes. Andes Project roasts at Stony Stratford, Doe & Fawn at The Grainstores on Crabtree Farm near Aspley Guise, and Milk and Beans in Milton Keynes itself, where it describes itself as the town's first speciality roaster.
