Established Coffee

Established Coffee is a Belfast specialty coffee roaster and cafe based at 54 Hill Street in the city's Cathedral Quarter. The shop opens daily for sit in and takeaway, with a kitchen running until 3pm and full service through to 4.30pm.

The roster of single origin coffees leans toward lighter, modern profiles. Current offerings include lots from Colombia (Villamaria Red Association, Luis Camacho, Marisela Sanchez, Villamaria Pink Bourbon), Rwanda (Shyira anoxic natural), Kenya (Kiru Kamagogo AB, Karogoto AB), Ethiopia (Rumudamo natural) and Brazil (Sao Jose).

Coffee is sold by the bag, by subscription, through a dedicated wholesale channel, and alongside classes, events and brewing kit. The team also stocks Barista Hustle education tools.

Sourcing is built around named producers and washing stations rather than blends.
