Grind is a London coffee company that grew from a single Shoreditch cafe, opened in 2011, into a B Corp certified roaster, restaurant and coffee shop group. Today it runs sites across London including Shoreditch, Soho, Liverpool Street, London Bridge, Greenwich, Waterloo, Royal Exchange, Canary Wharf and the National Theatre, alongside a Manchester restaurant and an outpost at Dubai Airport.

The retail range covers whole bean, ground, instant and home compostable Nespresso compatible pods, with reusable tins offered as an alternative to single use packaging. Coffee is described as ethically sourced from sustainable farms, with regenerative farming and the Better Coffee Foundation, focused on recovering ocean plastic, named as core sustainability commitments.

Decaf is produced using the Mountain Water Process, a chemical free method that removes around 97 per cent of caffeine. Headquarters are at Telephone House, 69 Paul Street, Shoreditch.
