OHCO Coffee (formerly I Should OHCO, and before that Hocombe Coffee Company) is a Hampshire roaster founded by Paul Taylor, with the current range pulling from Ethiopia, Kenya, Colombia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Brazil, Mexico, Nicaragua and India. The team roasts in small batches, hand packs for freshness and frames the offer around sustainable, quality-led sourcing rather than commodity coffee.

Alongside the core range there is a wholesale arm for cafes and offices, an equipment line covering V60 drippers, Aeropresses, filter papers and Slayer machines, plus an editorial strand called The Last Roast and a print title, O. Magazine.

Decaf is offered and an organic decaf is referenced, though the specific decaffeination method is not stated. Certification status (B Corp, Fairtrade, fully organic) is not claimed on the site.
