Isle of Mull Coffee Roasters is a coffee roastery run by Nicki and Susanne, an all women team who came to coffee later in life after careers in teaching and IT. Their approach to sustainability, called Coffee Conscience, sources beans ethically and prioritises organic options where possible, with solar panels covering around 90% of the roastery's energy use.

Coffee grounds and chaff are recycled for local gardens. Their decaf comes from Finca La Laja near Huatusco in Veracruz, Mexico.

Coffees are named after places on Mull, such as Ben Talla, Calgary Bay and Fidden, and there is an Eas Fors decaf. Alongside retail sales and a coffee subscription, the business sells wholesale.
