Lars & Margo

Lars & Margo is a specialty coffee roastery on the Rame Peninsula in Cornwall, operating from a working roastery that is open to visitors by arrangement. The roastery focuses on light to medium roasts and runs primarily single origin coffees, sourcing green beans through UK-based merchants whose supply chains cover farms across the coffee belt.

Their current featured coffee is a Timor Leste natural from the Rotutu Cooperative, processed at Daurfusu using a detailed protocol of fermentation and extended drying on African beds under polytunnels. Alongside online sales and a refill service at the roastery, Lars & Margo supply wholesale to local businesses.

Their trade espresso blends are a growing part of the offer. The roastery is a small operation and visitors are asked to contact in advance, as roasting and dispatch work takes priority.
