LIFT Coffee Roasters

LIFT Coffee Roasters is a speciality coffee roaster based in London with cafes in Kensington and Shoreditch. It roasts coffees for clean lines and natural structure, so sweetness, acidity and flavour are expressed clearly rather than pushed into something unnecessary.

Selections are anchored by two traditional processes, washed and natural, which draw flavour out rather than put flavour in. Roasting is a delicate final step, developed through constant tasting and small adjustments to roast profiles to give a clear expression of what the coffee already had.

The range includes single origin lots from Colombia, Kenya, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Ecuador and Brazil, an espresso blend, a washed Colombian decaf, and monthly coffee subscriptions. LIFT also works with cafes and baristas through a wholesale programme.
