Mr Tinto is a Croydon roastery founded in 2017 by Francisco, a Colombian who started by selling coffee from a bicycle outside East Croydon Station. The name draws on the Colombian word 'tinto' for black filter coffee.

The business roasts on Beddington Lane in Croydon and runs two retail sites of its own, on Caithness Walk near East Croydon and on Station Road in West Croydon, alongside a wholesale and subscription programme. Sourcing is exclusively Colombian, in small batches from family-owned farms, with the site emphasising traceability and relationships rather than volume.

The current range covers single origins and blends, including a Huila micro-lot named Cami after a long-standing team member. Wholesale customers are offices, restaurants and coffee shops across South London, with corporate event work alongside.
