Pebble & Pine

Pebble & Pine is a family-run coffee roaster based at the Park Centre in Horsforth, Leeds, founded in October 2016 by Dave Nixon. Coffee is hand-roasted to order at the Leeds roastery, with a single-origin Arabica range drawn from Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, India and Peru, alongside house blends.

Nixon describes himself as a master roaster and stays directly available to customers for advice on brewing and bean selection, in keeping with the small-team, personal-service positioning. The business sells online through its own shop, with a coffee subscription and letter-box friendly packaging built around regular home delivery.

It has been recognised as Coffee Company of the Year at the Yorkshire Prestige Awards and Roast to Order Coffee Company of the Year by Lux Life, with further mentions in The Guardian and The Independent.
