Pure Roast Coffee is a third-generation family business based in Northern Ireland, founded in 2006 by Martin Symington and now run by his sons James and Robert alongside grandson Adam. The operation specialises in private label and contract coffee manufacturing rather than retail-only specialty roasting, with annual capacity of 3,500 tonnes.

The facility holds BRC AA+ accreditation, the highest food safety grade awarded by the British Retail Consortium. Roasting runs on Loring machines for temperature and profile consistency, and the team supplies whole bean, roast and ground, ESE pods, Senseo-compatible pods and coffee bags across foodservice, wholesale and retail channels.

A direct-to-consumer range sits alongside the contract work, with four house blends named after Irish islands and a Swiss Water decaf in 250g and 1kg sizes. The site emphasises long-term direct sourcing partnerships with farmers, though specific origin countries and producer partners are not named publicly.
