Rainhill Coffee Roasters sits in the historic village of Rainhill near Liverpool, overlooking the George Stephenson Skew Bridge, the world's first bridge to cross a railway at an angle. The roastery grew out of a specialty coffee shop established there in 2011, with roasting added only in 2020 after nearly a decade of formal SCA training.
Head trainer Neil holds an SCA Diploma and runs accredited courses in barista skills, brewing, and sensory evaluation from the site.
