Red Garage Coffee

Red Garage Coffee is a small roastery based in the New Forest, Hampshire. The operation is built around the idea that life is too short for bad coffee, with each origin given its own roast profile rather than being labelled for a particular brew method.

The roaster encourages customers to get in touch for advice on getting the best from each bag, and welcomes feedback to refine future roasts. The current range covers a house blend called Tempo alongside single origins from Colombia, El Salvador, Java, Western Uganda's Rwenzori region and Monsooned Malabar from India.

Decaf is offered as a Colombian processed using the Swiss Water method. Packaging, certifications and roasting equipment are not detailed on the public site, and there is no published cafe or visitor space.
