Roastersaurus

Roastersaurus is the dinosaur-themed coffee brand of Sense It London, the East London training school in Stratford run by Diana Johnston Ledezma. The conceit takes tasting notes and translates them into creature stats: acidity becomes agility, sweetness becomes charm, body becomes power.

Every order ships with limited-edition illustrated trading cards, and a card-game layer is in development. Diana works direct with named producers and washing stations across Rwanda, Guatemala, Ethiopia, Colombia, Costa Rica and Uganda, including Kinini in Rwanda, Arlam Aguirre in Guatemala, Basha Bekele in Ethiopia, Kenneth Barigye and Mountain Harvest in Uganda, and Beneficio La Chumeca in Costa Rica.

The framing is quality, trade and long-term stability rather than charity. Coffee sells through the Sense It London shop alongside the school's barista courses.
